You should still be able to download the rosters without PS+. What happens when you go to Rosters > Active Roster and select the most recent roster from May 10th?

  • I cant connect to EA Servers.  If I go to Rosters, or even when I first power on game it says cant connect to EA Servers.  Been like that over a week.  Any other way to download and upload rosters to my PS5, thats really only feature I am looking for at this time.

    Possibly, you just need to power cycle your equipment. To do that, follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • I have tried all these suggestions and still getting the message "cannot connect to EA servers". It is very frustrating. What now?!

    Same here - please help! 

    ps4. Signed in, network tested, internet’s fine and I’ve sporadically been able to get in.

    @EA_Aljo - for me, it’s when I try to log into hut. I find if I try between 3 and 5 times in a row, it finally lets me in. Still happening today,

    Thanks for letting me know. Did you go through the power cycling steps I suggested before? If so, try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

    Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

    Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Someone fixed something because now I’m getting in first try every time.

  • I've tried that multiple times. I've also disconnected my modem and router for several minutes and restarted the console too. Nothing seems to help. 

  • I’ve been having this same issue. I have restarted my internet multiple times, deleted the game twice and re downloaded it. And I’m still getting an error.

    @Baumber2012 

    Try deleting your personal saved data for NHL 22. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 22 tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

  • I am having these same issues, all other games work online. Except NHL22. Something about credentials expired. Did all the steps you have mentioned and nothing is working still. Xbox series X. Thank you

  • I can’t play a single online game without being disconnected from the servers in the middle. It’s causing me to lose my games. I have tried all the solutions provided and it’s still a problem. I am not sure what to do. Help!
