Great! I'm glad to hear that worked for you. If anything else comes up, let us know. Good luck on the ice!
It happened again. And the only way I'm able to play was to join EA access.

That's really odd. I don't see why you're being forced to play through EA Access when you have the disk. Even when deleting everything NHL related off your console, you still can't install and play from the disk?
No, the console still recognizes the trial. It must be a bug. Hope it's fixed for next year.

We're not getting other reports of this with NHL. It's a pretty strange issue. Have you tried clearing your alternate MAC address? If not, here are the steps for it:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Let me know if that helps or not.
Well, it'll be impossible to know for 30 days since I subscribed to EA access. But I will do this anyway as It is unique to any prior troubleshooting. I can't imagine I'm the only one affected by this.

I'm not seeing any other reports on this. If it were happening to everyone, we'd be hearing about it more. If it's still happening after 30 days, let us know and we'll continue to work on this.
