This trick does work, but you have to do it every time you go into HUT...but at least you can get in.

1 - Try to access HUT 
2 - While on the loading screen hit center button 
3 - Go to profile 
4 - Select "Add and manage" 
5 - Add guest 
6 - Go to profile 
7 - Sign out of the guest account 

PeteJenKev should get my 60 dollars... ehs the only real help that has come from this

No further update is available on this yet and we apologise for that. We are very aware this is the main issue currently and are working hard on the resolution.

Until we have any info or update, @petejenkev workaround is advised.

I understand you are working on it. But those of us that can't get into hut are being screwed. We need some compensation.

SO what can be done about everyone else having a leg up in obtaining the WCOH packs and sets, 5 of my buddies already have Pavel Bure and I cant even open my starter pack. This is absurd I have spent thousands of dollars on HUT in the past and I get rewarded with not even being able to create a team name. What can be done about everything I have missed out on so far?

Its crazy, everyone I play with has already made hundreds of thousands of coins and have a starting line of elite 92+ players from collections and using the new collectibles sets. I know EA doesn't care enough to try and do something for us which stinks. Like we have missed limited time offer only packs which are never available again, we have missed player of the game cards, etc, etc. To some this may not be a big deal but for myself who doesn't have much free time and I spend my free time on hut this is  a huge deal when literally trying to obtain the best team possible. I have some friends that are in DIvision 1 already having no issues at all. How is this just a secluded issue where nobody else I know has an issue except myself. Is it strictly related to me having the game on a disc instead of downloading it and never having any resell value like the 30 other games I stupidly downloaded and am now forever stuck with?

Yeah I do, I didn't have a chance to use it this year because of work but I do have it.

Ive seen some posts on here from PS4 users, its a very secluded issue with not many people having a problem so I really have no idea what the deal is. I'm guessing they tried to fix the loading screen error and just made it worse for newcomers after that. I waited to buy the game until the cup started because I knew there would be some issues and now ive caused myself even more problems.
