how am i supposed to do this haha.

i took video today.
my defender takes a very easy pass.
has the puck on his stick and it just floats away.
my defender is unable to go get the puck as when i use the right stick he continues to stick handle as tho he has the puck when its in fact atleast 15 feet away lol.

You need to hit Y (Xbox) or Triangle (Playstation), depending on the console you're on, to remove the playback controls and show the controller overlay.

Yeah that feature has been removed from NHL22

Apologies for this. I hadn't realized it's not there now. I'm looking into this. It's possible this isn't intended. When I have some news, I'll update here. Go ahead and provide the video as it is. Thanks!

Edit: I have confirmed that the controller overlay didn't make it into NHL 22. We're hoping to see this return in future games.
