Honestly why do you guys give us a loss for Disconnects when it's your servers I have fast internet wired no other game on my PS5 disconnects me & I have stable green ping during network performance in the game. We should not be penalized for DNF Win or Loss it just shouldn't count on your record. I hate when iam winning get into 3rd period than get disconnected from server just 2 get a loss from a winning game. MY DNF is at 30% fix the CHEL servers it doesn't happen in hockey ultimate team or any other mode.

You don't need a fast connection. It needs to be stable. If you'd like to go through some troubleshooting, please let me know.
I don't got any interruption in any other game no lag spikes nothing it's your servers The EASHL mode always gets the least love I don't get DCed in regular online in 3s 1s and hockey ultimate team. You guys never show love to EASHL. I am top5 centre in the world I'd be #1 or top 3 if it wasn't 4 the DNF losses. No other game on my PS5 does thus not even battlefield2042 during beta stress test. If you guys don't wanna update servers than make a patch for DNF LOSS you should not get a loss for DC when you are winning or losing game unless you back out yourself. Don't tell us it'd not your servers if you guys can't even handle cross play in 2022...

We're not aware of widespread issues with disconnects since we're not getting a high volume of these reports. If you change your mind about troubleshooting, let me know. Thanks! I’ve been having the same issues since the game came out . And keep being told they don’t know what’s wrong and I can’t get my money back . It’s embarrassing, I play LG and I can’t even play that anymore . I can’t even play in CBJ tourneys for money anymore either cause the game doesn’t work . However it’s not a mass issue … I think it is because I know of at least 15 people myself that have issues
@EA_Aljo i hate to be an * but yes it is a big issue and it’s not being solved through troubleshooting. Idk what to tell you but man . I literally can’t do anything with a game I paid top dollar for . It’s BS that this issue isn’t widespread because it definitely is .

@EA_Aljo the game still doesn’t work I was able to get through 1/4 games yesterday . I shouldn’t be getting kicked from 75% of games . It’s unplayable . The error has changed from unexpected error to “you have been disconnected from the ea servers”. Yet when I leave the game I’m still connected . It’s isolated to EASHL . Both drop in and club

I played 6 games [3 vs 3] games and three of them could not continue because of the syncing-issue.
What gives?
Agreed same problem then ea asks to troubleshoot your system ..come on we all know how to reset and unplugged *...I also rebuilt my database used wifi and hard wired, barely had this problem last year but here we are a month in and still the same problem s same with scoring a goal and watching the mascot for 10 minutes after every one or your guys ...it's your game huge bugs

I just purchased the game - everything in World of Chel was working fine for a day, but now I cannot even get through a couple minutes of any game without "lost connection". I have good connection with other online games though, so not sure what is wrong.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
world of chel you have to fix this *.. every times we are wining and they quit i never get xp like wtf is this im playing for nothing here the last five game I played we were all wining up by 3 to 4 goal and then last min of the third period they quit and we lost conection and I get zero xp like thats * * me off
My system is the series X and I as well an having issues with games getting dropped because of your crappy servers 😒 My download speed is 1GB and upload is at 50+ Mbps and everything is hard wired and every other game I play is flawless... get your crap together and fix your dam servers.

UPGRADE your server. this game is too good to have a server that is this TRASHY. find a way to generate money and UPGRADE these servers from a toaster. thank u in advance.

This is literally happening to everybody, fix your servers EA. I can’t even play a single game without me or my opponent getting kicked out, it’s ridiculous.

There was an issue yesterday that has now been resolved. Are you still losing connection frequently?
It’s possible you’re not getting a lot of reports because you don’t make it easy to report. I would think you guys would know the stats already. How many teams are winning and then disconnect and get a DNF loss? I’ve been getting more connection errors than usual since this recent update this week, but it seems to be improving. Today, however, my club was 20-0, we were up 3 goals with one minute left and we paused it and took a timeout. Then the game disconnected. We figured the other team quit but then we got the loss. We both under 30ms ping with no packet loss. I’m on a PS5 with a wired connection and all ports forwarded as per portforward.com. Like that murder guy that’s complaining too, it really is BS when you’re a good player/team and EA starts cherry picking who they want to win. Makes you not even want to play because you can’t compete against teams 80-0 that isn’t served with the “EA special”
I’m happy to provide you with more details about my connection, but we can skip the first hundred questions in troubleshooting because I’ve gone through it a hundred times every year. I don’t know what other games are like I only play NHL and I log like 1000 hours annually on it like a full time job

We're aware that there are times when a game ends and it ends up not counting, but when you take a loss, that's normally due to someone disconnecting and then having only one human player left. Since you can't play with just one human in WoC, the disconnect happens that team gets the loss. We'll definitely keep monitoring the servers for any issues. Let me know if you change your mind about connection troubleshooting.
One other thing you can try is updating all the customizations for your team/arena. Possibly, something here is bugged and causing the game to end.
Don’t know how relevant this is but I too am having a similar issue. My PS5 randomly crashes at different times during my time on it & requires me to unplug my A/C cord then plug it back in. It only happens with the PS5 version. Whether I’m in game or just waiting in lobby to get a match. I only run WoC so I can’t speak for other game modes. Any troubleshooting advice would be helpful.

I hate to admit when EA turns out to be right, but it happened to my buddy again when he was playing with someone else so he thinks it might have been him. I’ll try your suggestion as well. At least it gives me something to do to feel better when I feel like blaming EA lol
