Re: My player cannot obtain control of the puck but kicks it

Here is a short video clip of my player in practice mode and my player has problems  obtaining the puck.

I have tried to upload  a video clip showing a player trying to get the puck and the player just kicks or skates by the puck.

The video file seems to be too large to upload.   This game is unplayable

Please put the video on a service like YouTube and provide a link. Also, what control scheme are you using? Skill stick, Hybrid or NHL 94? Have you tried multiple controllers? Does your current controller have the latest firmware installed? You can go to Devices and connections > Accessories in your Xbox settings to check.

Same thing is happening to me.  The player can only get control after they kick the puck or played with a skate. Can't receive passes either. Should I Uninstall and re install the game?

Is this happening with every single pass? It would be great to get some video of this happening so if you're able to, let us know.

I do not, unfortunately. If you saved the clip on your Xbox, you should be able to publish it and provide a link. Also, what control scheme are you using? Skill stick, Hybrid or NHL 94.

Not great at technology.  Only have xbox for NHL.

You can share the clip and then provide a link to it. They show up on your account as well as at gamedvr.com.
