could redeeming a code for points before even logging into HUT for the first time cause an issue?

We've made some changes in the system. Could you confirm to me if you are able to login / create a new team at this moment?

You didn't even reply to my problem. My problem has nothing to do with HUT when I can't even launch the game.

I have been having the same issue i load the disc, begins tutorial and than crashes. i took the game and System to YoubreakIFix and the system has no issues but the game will load on other systems, and other games on mine.
