@xItalian142x Yea, read your issue in full. I know it’s different from my situation, but you had visible evidence and proof of error like I did. They told me “I understand your concern, the issue will just need to be investigated further. We do appreciate the feedback.” My frustration is their unwillingness to make their game glitches right to you and I, let alone others who experience such issues. I asked for a timeframe and who I should be hearing back from and no response. Fixing it for future scenarios does not fix the pain you and I have received especially as we continue to purchase/sell players our players collection continues to devalue immediately. They don’t care because they know they will capitalize on everyone spending money each year regardless of the errors and glitches we receive, especially since they have a monopoly on sports video games.
