Thanks for letting me know. It's been a while since I've heard of this happening in an online mode. If you haven't in a while, it would be good to power cycle your network equipment and console.

It's an issue the dev team is aware of. It's also very rare to have happen in an online mode. I watched this video previously and I see it currently has 8 views so I don't know why you were seeing that it didn't have any. Unless they all occurred today. I watched it again and definitely recall seeing it before. Regardless, it's probably not something we can do anything about since a fix went out that resolved this for online modes. Did you try what I suggested previously? Have you performed any other troubleshooting? How often is this happening?

It happens pretty often. At least 2 times per week. In a week I usually play 15 to 20 SB games.

If the game isn't randomly disconnecting from servers, it's doing other weird inexplicable things.

Are you able to pause and get the game to return to normal or does that only happen after a goal is scored? Have you tried any troubleshooting for the disconnects?

@EA_Aljo I am able to pause the game, but when I resume, it takes me back to the syncing screen. I can see everything that happens in instant replay, it seems like the overlay of the transition just doesn't go away until the next whistle.

I fully shutdown my Xbox Series X every night, so every time I start it up it goes through a full startup cycle. It's hard to force this issue to happen, it seems random but so far I mostly see it with Hedman.

Is it always when Hedman gets in a fight after a player is injured? Also, which Hedman do you have?

@EA_Aljo it could happen after a fight or a goal. Like I said it's hard to reproduce, but it happens often enough to frustrate me as Singe Player HUT player.

I have TOTS Hedman.

Do you have another player you can replace Hedman with and see if it happens again? You say it's hard to reproduce so I don't know how many games you'd have to play to be sure it's an issue specifically with that TOTS Hedman though.
