Re: When do I receive my packs from the deluxe edition game?

How do I redeem a code if I downloaded a digital version of this game? I don't remember getting one.

You shouldn't have to redeem a code, If you do, Go to the store and there is a (redeem code) box.

I preordered and it downloaded instantly, Played the 10 hours trial time no problem finished a couple hours before game release.

when the game released it went directly into the game and it said (thank-you for preordering nhl 17) and I got my rub packs plus 2 tradable and two more tradable packs the next day. They said I would get my packs per week on every sunday but I got them on Saturday instead (I guess what part of the world you are in) No problems since except for the normal cheesers and puck raggers.

ps......I bought the super deluxe edition.

I also pre ordered the super deluxe through PSN, I got the return bonus and then the 2 packs the next day, but nothing since.
Some people said it should be Sunday, some said the day you activated, either way it has been a week since and I am still waiting for the packs I paid for with this $$$$ edition

You need to log in to HUT each week by Sunday 11:59PM to receive that week's pack.

I have logged in every day since release...
I logged on Monday night after midnight (technically Tuesday Sept 13) on release day and got the return bonus and initial packs.
I then received 2 more on Wednesday (Sept 14) as I recall, but nothing since
I have logged in at least once every day but have not received any more

is there a way to verify how many packs I have been issued already?
Perhaps I am not remembering how many packs I got and when, but it seems as though I should have received more

tried again this morning, same thing
"5 min wait"  HA!
