Re: Wins not counting

Couple nights ago my guys and I played about 7 or 8 games won 5 lost 3 but discovered 4 wins did not record but of cource all the losses are there just fine ... I see lots of people having similar issues over not just nhl 20 but going back for me as far as 17. I went thru the trouble  of chatting with a few people that work at EA and they told me that they were completely unaware of this issue and that it was most likely a sync issue and told me to "restart my ps4" which has gotta be the worst advice ever ... this kinda makes me believe it's an exploit used by players or a horrible  glitch of some kind but I ain't of expert. Anybody else have this issue and resolve it ?

This is an issue we're aware of, but have had trouble tracking down. Do you know if anyone happened to quit out of the game when this happened?

Nobody quits somebody pauses the game and then resumes like normal then the end of the game comes and it dosent give u the option to see the game stats or cr rating it just says exit then it's like nothing has happened

I've experienced this before myself. It's been rare for me, but I know more common for some others. I'll pass on your details to the NHL studio. Unfortunately, we're done with updating NHL 19. You may have better luck with this in NHL 20. I'm really sorry for the frustration ☹️
