Xbox Series X
My game loads seemingly normally and I get a prompt to review new terms. As soon as I click to accept my game crashes and takes me back to the dashboard.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? What did you do to fix it? I've been in communication with Xbox and EA and haven't come up with a solution over the last few days.
I have another account (which I forgot about) that's tied to my Xbox gamertag. I signed into it and accepted the terms there.
Reinstalled Madden 21(RIP) had to accept the user agreement and privacy/cookie policy twice. It has had no impact on the crashing issue that I've had with NHL 22.

Password changed. Yes, this issue has been persisting for a few days now. I've reset my console many times in that span.
No luck with the mobile hot spot.
Does it matter that in the top right corner it says connecting and the wheel keeps spinning? Should it be connected?
Community ManagerIt's possible the spinning is due to waiting for the T&C to be accepted. I'm really not sure why it's still spinning though. Did you also try power cycling your modem/router? If not, do that and power cycle your console again. Unplug both for 2 minutes, plug them back in and let them come back online. Power cycle your console and try again.
