Community ManagerThat's really odd. We're not getting other reports of this happening. I played WoC last night and used saucer pass just fine. As did the others on my team. What control settings are you using? Skill stick, hybrid or NHL 94.
Yaa it's super weird 🤔. I'm using the skill stick.
I'm not sure how to fix it. I'll try again the next time I go online (sometime this weekend) and keep you informed if that's okay? Maybe it's just a glitch that will fixed itself.

Sounds good. You can also try hard restarting. I know, sounds like a pretty basic answer, but it can't hurt. Does it also happen with a different controller? Have you tried playing on a different console to see if it works there?
You know what, I did buy a new controller so it could be that. I did think that was the issue but when poke check worked fine in WOC and saucer pass worked on the modes I disregarded the controller and thought it was a glitch. But will try all those things you recommended and definitely get back to you with an update.

I think the controller being an issue is kind of a longshot since RB is working otherwise, but it's worth a try. Is it in official Microsoft controller or a 3rd party one?
