We're not aware of any issues that would cause this. What mode are you playing? Is it always happening part way through the 3rd period? Are there any conditions such as using special teams or having a player get injured? Thank you.

There is an issue. Want videos? Several? Or maybe an entire game? I think that would be better. I play this game as a trial to see how ea has evolved in the hockey world. I don’t know if you play a role in the development,  but the game is incomplete and I will try my best to get a hold of the developers myself. And those who approve for it to be sold as it is. I have made many videos to show the common flaws during game that makes the game frustrating that many might not talk about but it exists and it shouldn’t. When I do something it has to be the best. For whatever reason this nhl 21 to be released in the year of 2021 to be released is embarrassing. Don’t take offence, I’m not a hater. I just know why people drop the game. This is the reason I stopped buying ea hockey since 2005. I bought nhl 2015 by impulse because it was 15$. Played 10 games was appalled and put it down forever. When I compared  how nhl 2005 to nhl 2k5, ea hockey was a toy and unserious. Let’s let’s begin and help me help all of you because there are serious unfinished without soul things that are missing. When I have these videos with what is missing and what is bad to make this game play better, I’ll contact you and put it on YouTube. So you know I played nhl 2k5 for 15 years. That’s how good it is. And I know what is good, I don’t need to follow the stream of what is new and assume it’s good. The best in every way doesn’t change and that what’s and still is the best hockey. Only needs current graphics. So let me answer your questions, first want videos? Or an entire game to see player behaviour? All of a sudden since this squad battles my players switch positions as if it’s there assigned position. I know the difference between players helping one another and taking there position to players sitting on the wrong side. It takes away goal opportunities for me. Killed my game and lost because of this. I play all modes to complete tasks, but specifically it is squad battles. Look into my account, I’m sure you can see all my activity, starting the period the players are there positions, but soon after they sit on the wrong side. Right winger is left winger. I skate to wait for them to correct their positions but they don’t. There is a problem. Don’t you people play at ea? I know you make games but anyone play it? No conditions. Right handed players are going to the right side a lot more. Same vice versa. And they sit there. My centerman also might go the the other wing and act like a wingman all of a sudden. I’m in my zone and didn’t break out yet, they sit there, something is wrong, no injuries to any players. This is squad battles and rivals or hut challenge or rush. That’s what i play, but this issue is new and I only played squad battles this week and plan to play rivals today and tomorrow. If ea didn’t fix something as simple as being able to see ALL my previous sales in hut auction, or to fix the issue where auctions won isn’t showing in auction won but shows in auction lost, how can anyone have faith in ea and their programmers or their will to correct such issues? What about something as simple as adding a stat for your online team like shutout stat? I play all year and I’ll never know or see how many shutouts I got with my goalie? Such simple small and obvious things. Let’s be honest and not vicious, people need to lose there positions and or jobs. Especially the ones approving it for release. They didn’t do any testing before. I have proof evidence videos of a broken passing system. Completely flawed. It was approved is beyond me. Player switching is flawed broken incomplete. Errors like announcer saying is one one when it’s 2 - 0. These aren’t glitches. This is laziness. I never had any of these issues with nhl 2k5. And let’s not get into the announcers.. they repeat the same over and over. NHL 2k5 has more speech than 2021 ea. Awful. It’s embarrassing, I want a job with you guys and gals and make this right. I waited long enough in my life. And video replays... who approves of this I want to see his face and ask him questions. I don’t think they played a full game. They need to be fired. all that I am saying is educated truths and observations. Two types of people, people that put it out because it’s good enough and those that put it out until it’s the best. Well it’s not even good enough. When I help you and you are willing to help me help you, and then I die, at least I left my mark for the future of hockey and all those that love it, I would have paid full price for this game if it was better. But I have no faith in ea and any patching. I read somewhere from ea management, he doesn’t understand why people hate Ea. These are the reasons. Incompleteness. I never moved my toes legs body playing any game before in my life, SERIOUSLY. with nhl 2021 I can’t stop. A 6’3 bull charging to purposefully get a penalty, and the 5’9 player doesn’t budge. Skates away with the puck scores on me. This is not hockey, this is ea hockey, remember I’m not those haters, the truth must make people act and put their ego to the side. The game is a joke. People play yeah, sheep, they want what is new and let those things slide, but Many know it, they just don’t say it, I have no choice to say it because it’s too overpowering in the game play, no person in their right mind would accept this. I made my case with the video replays. I’m new to 2021, I didn’t know that there was speed boost, until the 67th day playing, why? In training there isn’t any training on dumping the puck by a player or a goalie. Why? People need to lose their jobs. Do you play this game? Yes or no it’s a question for you sir. Anything I do or did, I make notes for this game. I will want to speak to someone from ea. And that is no joke. So you can make my life easier by making that happen or I’ll do it myself. I have another question for you, have you ever created a chat with ea when you have an issue? Yes or no. Let me tell you, the chat stays at the bottom and is behind the keyboard from my iPhone and iPad. Since the first time I contacted you through chat and it’s still not corrected? THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE EA. something so simple for a company like ea. Create a chat with your iPhone iPad, go ahead. I am a perfectionist. I will admit. But there are things like this that just doesn’t make sense. If you cannot do this, give me the contact numbers so that I can help make these positive changes. If this hockey was amazing, more and more people would be playing it. I have 8 uncles and aunts on both sides of my family, they stopped buying ea hockey, friends I contacted to join me for 2021. They told me they won’t touch ea hockey, it’s a joke, bull****. Garbage, won’t touch it, they all told me they played from 2015 to 2020, my nephew told me it’s the exact same thing as 2020. I’m giving you the insider of what the closest people are telling me. Imagine the people I don’t know that are turned off by ea hockey, I am here with you because I want what is best for hockey, for the fans of hockey, for ea teams, but something is missing and changes need to be made, or just better leadership with better judgement. And that is a fact once playing this game, hut auction is a great concept. It’s a money grab, yes, but the game play is a joke, menu is slow, changes and obvious additions that aren’t there. I want to be that person to make people happy to play. This should be challenging but also fun, it should be challenging but also well balanced and consistent. A player shouldn’t become a wall or have this force field around them because the press the A button. It becomes unrealistic and back to ea hockey. I NEVER had so much frustration playing any game in my life, stress I feel. Passes that is incomplete when it was properly positioned, when I switch a player to intercept the puck and my player passes away the puck when I didn’t want that. These are easily fixed with proper programming. No one timers, how is there no one timers or broken at least one timers in the game? Delay on every pass. Making a pass there is a delay. On every single pass. Skating to boards to grab puck and make quick pass and the delay of passing the puck doesn’t leave the stick, opponent steals it and you get scored on. There should be one timer passes. Slap pass, simple. When pinned against the boards. It’s a real joke, who is behind this? There is no strategy, I actually have the solution to being pinned and to make this fun. There is no point no strategy to being pinned to boards play, someone is approving this. That’s the shocker. On the rush 2 on 1 you make cross crease pass, pass I’m saying, passing button okay... and the player shoots the puck to the net. Like a random shot. What is that? These aren’t glitches, the design is the glitch, I’m dealing with all this every game. I strongly suggest for ea to have their own option to test controller performance. No controller is the same. Some don’t go all the way to 100%. Checking is broken, many times I’m checking and or pushing shoving and I get no vibration, opponent doesn’t even get affected, either online or squad battles. This isn’t fun anymore, it transforms into frustration for the user. You or anyone cannot play competitively if the game is inconsistent. Goals you fairly score gets canceled by ref. Interference penalties that aren’t. Penalty shots when they are clearly not on a breakaway. And before when I said that a shield goes up on players that press A button. But also AI has this shield when we are both fighting for the puck. They don’t move at all. This is not normal. Easy goals should be removed. People that skate to the corner and do this all game to make cross the crease pass should strengthen the AI defence so that it encourages real hockey play. Ea created a culture that isn’t playing hockey. They are taking advantage of certain behaviours to score. Like glitches and flaws in design. Passing is broken like I cannot believe. Even on 100% passing assistant. It doesn’t make sense. Close passes, and doesn’t pass. Passing to the player right next to me that is alone without opponent near him, but the pass goes through him to go to the player that is in the same Lane as the pass all the way on the other side of ice where there is danger of being intercepted. Someone is approving this... it amazes how? HOW??? I learned how ea programmed the passing system, it’s the same pattern in all the games and passes. No glitch, it’s flaw. There are 4 players lined up like that game “connect 4”. Remember that board game or family game? So imagine 4 players lined up this way, I’m player one and I want to pass to player 2, right next to me. It won’t. It will pass to player 4. That’s the design, the design could be changed easily, send the pass to the player that is safer from danger, that is what the user would want. Switching/changing players, oh my gosh, the puck is accidentally dumped because I intercept a pass by switching players. The player that dumped or threw the puck is still the closest player to the puck, enemies around me, that player is deselected anyways... easy fix, player that passes that is still the closest to puck should stay active controlled by user. When player becomes AI he runs away from puck and enemy gets the puck, these are all easy fixes. I do not understand any of this. I have videos of me changing players to my dman, and the player that changes is the player literally in another zone away from the opponents stick I’m trying to poke. Incredible it’s not believable. That player it switched to wasn’t even in the same zone, the dman that was a stick poke away distance isn’t selected. Also, when I play I don’t play over the ice view. I play the view that is the default. So I don’t see what is behind me, so, when chasing the puck to avoid icing, I change\switch players, and amazingly it NEVER switches to the player nearest to the dumped puck. This is the design. Someone made this, and someone approved this. That’s amazing. It cannot be but obviously it is. These aren’t glitches, this is the design. Switching players is not completely off, but it’s not good enough to be approved as ready to go. Someone at ea doesn’t care or had o be done fast. Remember, I have hundreds of videos to show ea of everything I am taking about, I studied the game more than played to have fun. I want to play a hockey game that makes people say WHAT A HOCKEY! Enough of this baby stuff. Lack of stats, lack of options. Ea has always been weak with that, although did improve but really all this has been included 16 years ago. Changes need to be made. I probably know more about the game design than most people at ea. I’m in the replays studying understanding and being with disbelief. I’m here because I want ea hockey to be amazing. Things I am happy about which I am surprised that ea did well with, no cheap goals, good goaltending mechanics. Very impressed actually. I love the goals being made. But should be harder to score. Vasilevsky toty goalie is terrible and should be better. Honestly he sucks. Let’s in bad goals and he is slow even if his stats says 99 speed. Something is off. Training camp should be deeper and have more than what is there. Like I said I learned about speed boost at day 67 playing the game, that’s disgusting by ea. Others had an advantage over me and I always wondered if it’s my controller.  And I still did well. The style I played in nhl 2k5 was passing and one timer passing. That’s hockey. Skating down the board is mostly what I do now. That’s the design of the game. And that’s bad. What I learned before I knew about speed boost, is that passing was broken. 60% of passing would reach. Causing unbelievable frustration because thing would happen that shouldn’t have. But it was better hockey than with the boost. Passing to get to your opponents net is more hockey that to skate with one man to get to the opponents net. And or making one deke or several or doing this left right stick handle and making a pass or shot and scoring an easy goal. It’s a BIG flaw that a few hundred are loving because they mastered the ea way or view of hockey. But it’s NOT hockey. Goalie should be stronger. This is without a doubt. But passing should be the first thing before any other dekes or moves. I ask you play one game without speed burst and live on passes. Things like grabbing the puck pulling back on joystick before touching the opponents blue line to avoid offside. But the players still goes into the opponents zone causing the offside. That’s bad design. I was close enough to grab the puck and pulled back way before the blue line, the design should be the skaters stick to pull back before zone to avoid offside. I haven’t felt any difference between pressing pass button long or short. Puck doesn’t go faster. Only thing I noticed is that it shoots on the goalie up high when cross passing. It was a pass, why it shoots up high on goalie is beyond me. That’s what I noticed when pressing pass button long. When people are stick handling left or right and exposing their backs trying to get tripped. This should be softened, you created a cult of cheaters. They will not play hockey. They will intentionally play this way the entire game to make you trip them. When they go left to right stick handle, tripping them should be softer. They won’t be tripped. And can lose the puck being poked, forcing them tho play and making a move. I can make this game so much better in one year. It will shock the ones that love this, but it will be real hockey. Better hockey. One thing I have to say that is so frustrating, replays, no goal announcements, or after scoring a goal, you see who scored a goal in very very small letters the very moment the lineman drops the puck. I found this funny when I started playing the game. Things that are so simple. You score a goal, I don’t want to see the same celebration 10000 times I scored a goal, I press A to advance.  Bye bye replays? How brainless. Who approves of this? I truly want to see their face. And ask them, what was their thought process behind that? Fix, press A button after you score a goal to skip celebration, and straight into replay. Press A button again and end or skip replay. Why press A once and skip everything? It just doesn’t make sense to me. Replays. They are awful. Angles are terrible. Not fun AT ALL FOR ANY USER. we want to see our goals, top corners, we want to see the passing made before the goal. When we score, and it took 4 or 5 passes to get to that goal, programmer at ea should pick up on that and replay should show those passing plays to get to the goal. Replays from the corners are a joke, from behind the net also, behind the glass. All a joke, there are 2 or 3 types of replays I liked and thought was good enough. I thought maybe to include the best 3 replays and allow the user to skip celebration, and skip any of the three replay angles they want. People press aaaaaaaaa anyway to advance anyways, but when they want to see that goal, I could put more thought into this, but there are angles that satisfy the people that want to see their goals. When our goals get refused by ref, I like the replays, close to the goalie, and you can see properly the play. But good goals have bad choices of angles. I found it funny when the replay would slow down and you can’t see the puck and where it’s going, because you are on the side of the ice or behind the net watching your goal, and it’s in slow motion, but it’s in slow motion and at the moment you want to keep watching the slow moment when the puck crosses the line, it goes at normal speed. You don’t even see the puck at slow motion going in. This is just funny to me. Someone is making this, someone is approving this. This is the shocking part for me. The one making it isn’t that bad. But the leader that says yes I like it, he has to go in my opinion. Sorry. But I think he should be sorry to all the people pulling their hair out and avoiding the game. People love hockey, if it was well made they would play for hours and hours everyday throughout the week. But they are playing other games. Something has to change at ea hockey. I want to have a team of people at ea and stand before them and present the things that makes this game bad and incomplete. I bought this game only because my birth day date is 21. I thought 2021 would be great. But not. I do not want to wait another 15 years for a great hockey. I don’t think ea ever had a great hockey. Never had a good franchise mode, always weak on stats. Maybe I would say maybe 2002-2003. I can make this game be the best game ever. The game play can stay the same for many years. That foundation needs to be found. Because the design is lost or purposefully lost. I don’t know. But that foundation needs to be there and let the challenges in hut be the attraction. Making it fun to play and challenging and real and balanced and consistent. That has to be there. I look to see the past players I played against. Almost none are online playing. I check daily to see how strong they are into the game. I see them playing other games. Things I am offended by I have to say and it takes a lot to offend me, really, you can insult me all day long and won’t bother me at all.  But what bothers me is this message of positive play, ea is policing now? This is your focus? Ea needs to stop that new culture stuff. “People” are and should always be allowed to say what they want, when they want about anyone and anything on this planet. People have a right to hate girls and guys and be racist if they want too. It’s their right. I am against physical violence. But you can hate me and my race and my gender. But if you attack me I’ll defend myself. Ea needs to back off on that. I guarantee you it turns people off. People are free to hate and love what they want. It’s NOT EA’s business. EA ‘s business is the flaws I’m presenting you with today. That should be your focus. FINAL. nothing you can say can beat that. If I hated green people your message made me like them all of a sudden? If I cursed at them and they cursed at me? Who is ea to jump in? There is the block button, SOLVED. to say I know where you live and I will hurt cause bodily harm, this is where the person should be looked at and punished but not suspended. And if the user feels threatened to go to police. Ea should focus on gaming. Not policing. The culture at ea at the highest level is obviously the issue. Your policy should be to protect freedom. Final. Like one another, compete, to say you are against it doesn’t change anything. And policing won’t make you more liked in the world. It shows how you want to be liked. That’s weak. It’s better say, if you hate someone, for anything reason, don’t have to say race and gender, just say for any reason, try to hold your tung, keep it clean even when we can understand competing can be intense. That’s, it. Done. Let’s play. I guarantee that many of you there at ea don’t live by this view. No one likes everyone. That’s your right. Like this is the right of your user. And side note here, if the game didn’t have so many flaws, if the game wasn’t frustrating, the levels of stress and anxiety would be way low. So that would cause less people to get on other peoples skin. Competition is like that, and that’s why I am here, to make the game better. Stronger, with more returning power. Because it’s solid. Things I want to say that I really like it’s line changes, very pleased with hut line changes, that should be the default for as long as ea make hockey. It’s visual, it’s quick it’s simple it’s easy. That’s the first time I ever saw ea have good simple easy line changes. I never saw this ever from ea. Line error changes, fill empty line, it was long and plain stupid. Once again nhl 2k5 hit it on the nose. Perfect. Not visual but perfect. Ea did well here. I  bought ea 2021 nhl game to play franchise. I actually created every single almost every single player they have as master icon player. I put so much time,  then I was curious about hut. I put a week alone in just creating players like 80+ players. But I didn’t like the delay in the menu in franchise. Stats are weak, there is no visiting passes games results. So again franchise failed. In hut same thing, stats are practically empty, I play my fourth line as much as my first line. I want to be able to see their avg ice time in stats, I want to see the players last 10 game stats when I go into their card. It’s nice to see their attributes. But what about their stats? These aren’t only easy, but it’s obvious to have in a game. ESPECIALLY in 2021. Thank you for listening, and I might have sounded intense, but I’m actually a big hearted loving person. I don’t like to see such terrible effort for things that are obvious. A winner won’t sleep until they win. A loser just doesn’t care. And I look at the game and I see loser. No one there cares. And this should be on the CEO’s head and managers. I won’t sleep until this game is corrected. If you can Get me contact infos it would be nice if not I’ll do it myself. If you are thinking who is this guy? I’m the guy that studied and tested your game for close to 4 months daily most of the day. I played less than to understanding it. I observed every detail while finding solutions for all. What is missing and what is badly designed I call neglect more than me making the game better because of the obvious affects on game play performance. Extremely more noticeable in HUT but this usually happens when you purposely monkey around with the lines looking for the perfect setup - these players don't want to listen to reason and the literal nanosecond you go a fraction of an inch out of what they deem proper position they will go where they want (it then takes you going as far into the boards as possible for a second or two to force them back over).

Been like this for as long as I can remember, not just March 18th lol.

It has been much more often and for longer periods of time since this March for me. And for Aljo, I’m not only interested in testing. But I’m here to make this a better game all around. This means I want to speak with the managers. So back to my questions to you, do you even play this game? Yes or no. And can you get me in touch with the managers supervisors and or ceo. If you won’t or can’t, I will do it myself. I am very serious about what I have said. And very clear on the flaws in design. I am done with half games. EA SPORTS STANDS FOR ELECTRONIC ARTS. If this is the plan for EA to pretend to get things done, with only one patch in 6 months, and to drag the same unfinished game for the next ten years, I think putting pressure on the NHL and lawyers. I have been playing this game for more than 20 years. It's the reason why I wanted to work for EA to begin with.

Feedback here is seen by the development team. You can also post it over at the official forums. It would also be good if you detailed your issues using paragraphs. That would make your post far easier to read. As far as contacting a manager goes, they wouldn't be able to help as what you're doing is providing feedback. Changes aren't going to be made overnight based on your suggestions. Feedback is gathered and seen by the dev team to be considered for future updates and releases. One of the best ways to get your feedback heard is to be a part of the playtesting program. However, if that's not of interest to you, posting here and on the official forums are your best options.

Well if you have so much experience playing the game because you love it so much you decided to work with them as well, so what the terrible programming and design shouldn’t be a surprise to you. If you don’t say anything against your own, you are part of the problem as well. Am I right? I know I am, but would you agree that you play probably the biggest role because you see first hand what people say about the game for 20 years. 

you are right, paragraphs would have been a better choice. It was a long impulse of what I am dealing with playing the game. Which is something you should be doing because you are a user for 20 years and someone that should have influence. 

now my issue here is lack of leadership. And I will tell you that people need to lose their jobs. This is without question. My intentions here is to not hurt anyone, but to stop the crap, because like you there are many that have been playing since pc came out until console hockey, until ea hockey’s start. And I never saw ANY depth. No soul. And this means, bad leadership. There were always big gaps missing in the actual inal product. Wether it was in game play or menu. Lack of user control. Lack of stats. As if the game was pushed onto us as their own idea of what hockey is all about. 

I will make this game better in one year. Either the same programmer is still there or another comes in and knows how to do it,  it something someone has to change.  It most of all. The one approving has to go. Maybe after 20 years you yourself should say something. You do know hockey right? 

how can you gain the trust or even how can EA look at themselves and say we did a good job when you don’t even include the simplest thing like shutouts in hut? How? How is that possible? How can it be please explain to me? That is pathetic. This alone.,. That is where you know leadership is none existent for EA hockey, I cant talk for any other game. I can for certain on iPad. I can talk about battlefield 3. But besides that, hockey since 1991, this is 30 years? You can correct me if I am wrong. What have they learned? Making a face is nice, making the player with their coloured stick is nice. But people don’t play with their faces. The game has to be consistent. 

the passing is not complete. It is bad. EA HAS basically lied to ALL users of nhl 21 by selling them the game that has no passing. Now, what makes fun hockey or any other game? I’ll tell you. Full control. Being able to make a decision a move and that is exactly what happens. With nhl 21, it is UNACCEPTABLE,  I can tell you that throughout the game of 60 minutes I go through so many situations that I didn’t want to happen. Passes, shots, miss hits, penalties, dumps, even goals I didn’t mean, this is embarrassing, and once again, someone actually approved this, IN 2021. This creates frustration, more than fun. You are losing the commitment of new comers. 

you told me to game test, sure I’m all in. I’m here game testing for almost 4 months, I have played or been signed in the game more than anyone that owns the game, if you have statistics, or your bosses do, they can see I have been in the game longer than anyone who owns it. Well I have a list of things that needs to be fixed. I have solutions as well. Changes to be made and things that is just missing to build on top of what is already good. I am a perfectionist and I want the best. Give me one game, I won’t sleep for one year to make the best hockey ever made in the history of hockey games and the history of EA hockey games. 

instead of you not helping me or pushing for me to reach out to your superiors, this tells me you don’t care that much, I am not common, I’m here to really make this game complete. And I will lead a team and be successful at it. If you love the game, you’ll love it more once it goes through me. You will want the stain I leave on EA HOCKEY, I don’t want someone else’s job, I just want one year, place the foundation of every hockey game for EA hockey, and then the Same people can tinkle with it, but the foundation is missing good leadership. The game is incomplete. And I won’t shy away from saying that. Because it is a shock to my soul. 

I want to bring up something small but obvious. The customizations, changing a player is customization, okay I guess it’s an added thing we can buy and trade, but still it should be something to have control over by default. But I guess that is okay.... right? I’m okay with that. But to only have goalie masks? So for an entire year there is only goalie masks and numbers which like I said should be something you are in control of in your lineup. So why not goalie equipment? Waiting for next year? Didn’t have time? What are the people at EA doing? Working on other games? Not enough people working at EA to add this for their users? What about skates? Like Gretzky’s skates? You have this when creating a player in menu of the game? Why isn’t it in hut? What is EA’s priority? Don’t they want people to be happy? Don’t they get it that people that play hockey are people that are tight like a family. They want it and they want it badly, why do they wait for it? How hard is it to add sticks, pads, trapper, gloves, other style helmets, player skates? When you start hut rush and you see the preview of each opponents team making poses before the match, THIS IS MORE IMPORTANT TO EA? The time put for this should be put in the game. Not for show. Like i said, it lies in the lack of leadership. Give people what they want and not what the idea of what a few think we want at EA. I told you many of my cousins stopped playing EA hockey, friends stopped playing EA hockey, why? I ask myself why. Is EA? I’ll help EA. But they have to listen. 

first, start with adding shutouts in hut, a small patch can fix that. And I won’t get into everything now and here again, but I will say, that the more you give to make people happy, the more will be playing more often, if the passing was fixed, less frustration, and less cursing between users that have lost unfairly because of game flaws. You or no one can be a pro with a flawed game like this, it is too inconsistent, in all areas of the game. I have lost games, like last night where I’m trying to make a move to get my left handed player to go up the right side instead of my left winger that is in my right wing spot that is a right hand. I care about shutouts more than scoring 20 goals. Hitting is hitting I don’t care what planet you are from, it will cause a bruise. Checking many times you see the player literally bounce off the player as if he has a force field he doesn’t even touch the player but bounces off empty space. It’s strange. But I have been scored on many times ruining my game and I’m just saying to myself it’s okay don’t be upset it’s EA hockey. This is my serenity now moment. When you’re checking hard and it’s not even budging the player that is 5’9. The fun factor is gone. People put down their controllers or just go to the other game that they have fun with. Because ultimately, people paid you to have fun. And this is what you have to burn into your minds. 1-1 game is fun, that is consistent in design, 10-2 game is not that much fun, 

I want to speak with someone that is in charge of the game and go through with them so that in ONE year the game is better in MY VIEW, with MY LEADERSHIP. then they can take over. They had their chance for 30 years, I only need 1. I want no credit. Don’t put my name anywhere. I only want to present the defects, what’s missing, what should be added on top of what is good and what to NOT touch or alter. I want to make 1 BEST EA HOCKEY EVER. and you can charge me every year for the same game and I’ll pay, but not for this crap. Charging half price is the proof of the level they believe in in their work. No way Jose, I will charge full price because it’s THE BEST. AND YOU MUST OWN ONE! FINAL. 

I HAVE VIDEOS GALORE, i would like to know what are the limits in time and size that I can include in one of these question answers? I would like to make a one page thing to show all the issues with video. And it can get heavy, I want to show that it’s not a glitch but a design fault. So multiple videos on the same Issue is what I intend to do. What do you recommend Aljo? 

thanks for taking my everything. You are used to it I’m sure in 20 years. But this time someone has to do it, I’m sure you won’t admit it but the game is incomplete. And not very cared for. The biggest critics should be ourselves about ourselves. That should be the culture at least for EA hockey, like I said, I won’t sleep one year to make one hockey and I’ll play with developers all day long only to root out the flaws and less for having fun for the future of this franchise. You should be happy to hear that Aljo.

Shutouts are very possible in HUT. I tend to see them every day. One of the requirements for the 94 Style Icon is getting 11 shutouts. If they weren't possible, this wouldn't be a requirement.

Can you get some video of passes not going where you're aiming? Make sure the controller overlay is on-screen. You get this by hitting Y or Triangle during the replay. You're welcome to provide video of any issues you have with the game. This is the best way to communicate what you'd like to see change.

You're welcome to post on the official forums here. Developers pay close attention to the forums. We also report constructive feedback to them. 

As far as customization goes, hopefully, that will expand over time. There are some restrictions though. We can't just include any branded item we want. There are licensing rights that need to be acquired first.

Hey, the shutouts I was talking about was in the HUT team stats section. This is something that should have been included by default. EA has ALWAYS been weak on stats and deep into details. Less options and less control. It has ALWAYS been like that. This was one of the fundamental reasons I decided to play nhl 2k5 for 15 years. Modernized graphics and that game would be the best hockey. It was ground breaking for hockey. The AI behaviour was unbelievable. There is just so much that I know has been taken from that hockey game and integrated into the new EA hockey, 

stats should be deep, last ten games should always be available when going into a players card. It’s fun, it’s motivating, it gets people more involved with their team. Switching the player to another line, seeing their progression, it’s a stimulus that seems EA doesn’t think deeply to understand the affects and addiction the user has to stats and THEIR personal performances. So like I was saying, shutouts stats is NOT in the stats section of my HUT team. This should be added. And yes it would be nice if it was added this year. It’s not hard I’m sure. 

you misunderstood me, I was saying how incredible for EA not to include the statistic “shutout” in the stats section for my HUT team. When I do get a shutout, I would like to see how many shutouts I got with my goalies. I know they are possible to get and I already completed the 11 shutout objective. If you had price as your goalie in HUT, tell me how many shutouts he had? Can you or not? You know what I mean? It’s just not there, and this is what is impossible, how EA didn’t even add that in the game. This is why I was saying leadership is missing, but the potential is there. And what is missing really is me. I’m nothing, I am dust. But when I love something and I want it to be the best I won’t sleep. I have 10 synergies, 5 team, but I can make it 13 with a couple of changes. But I don’t want certain players. That movie “ a beautiful mind” that guy that’s there on the wall figuring out numbers and finding codes, getting to the bottom of things. Just getting the answer, I did it, I can say I have 13 synergies, I planned for it. I don’t think many can say that. And I had this for maybe a month now. 

I just want this game to be more complete and I want to speak one on one with someone that doesn’t see me as a commoner but someone that is clear minded, focused on what is doable, I see the issues, BIG TIME, I was never one that cared about graphics, let someone do that, for me it’s the actual gameplay, and stats. I also have a new game mode for HUT that I want to discuss, I think it will make more people involved with their teams and will be in the NHL game for longer periods of time, so more longer play time in ea hockey than for them to leave and play another game. This is was your passion 20 years ago, this was my passion as well. I just always thought it would be okay in someone else’s hands but I was wrong, and now I’m here. And I want to do what is right, 

Yes of course, I made videos with the directional pad showing, tons, I have let’s say 100, I can just start adding them here? One by one? I want to make it organized. I was going to make a YouTube video and show step by step what to do to make HUT better. This will take time though. Because there is so much, offline and menu and so on. But at least I can show the game play and flaws. And how the game was accepted to go on. I have questions like, why have stats always been a last priority for EA, and why do they decide to not make it part of any hockey game? I want to understand the reason? It cannot be that something so easy to be left out? Is it laziness? Does EA think it’s just not so important? Does it take too much time? I truly want to understand why it’s not included and what is the reasoning behind this decision. I want the reasoning before anything else to understand. It doesn’t make sense to me. But if it’s done with other companies, and on games from 2005, why not in 2021? The psychological effect stats has on the mind is more powerful than the game itself. As the lead, I would push that to be integrated into all my franchise games, do it once and copy paste on every years game. Stats is a must, and will boost players commitment, I guarantee it or you can tie me up a shoot pucks at me 2021 times. 

As for the customizations, they are already there, you have them in franchise mode of when building creating a player. You have helmets, why not pass or gloves, you have all the licensing. It’s on the boards in game. Companies are happy to have their name in your game. Why it’s not available in HUT, this is not normal, 

something I will ask again, do you know and if not, can you find out, how many minutes, gigs, can I include when I start making videos to show the flaws and solutions to the game? Everything I say is constructive, there is a solution at the end. The most constructive thing of all is putting egos aside, yes I can make the game better from what I see and play, but I’m never better Than anyone else. Also, even if I had final say, I would and will always ask the team what anyone thought and what they can bring to the table. But I know that I have the ability to know what I better than not.
