Telia ISP - My ping is doubled, what to do?

Psn:    Patflex_     in World of Chel (6vs6) gameplay. In Hut also. 

The problem is that the EA server in Stockholm is blocking the Telia costumers,  we connect to the EA servers in Germany I think. We have always connected to the Stockholm server before . 

You have to fix this problem with Telia , there must be something apperntly.  

There are ECL tournamemt around the Corner and many players are Having Telia and all have this problem.  @EA_Blueberry

The problem was fixed, then PSN went down and the MS-problem came back.

Gamertag nikbacker in hut an 6 vs 6. Ping was good one day ( wendsday or thursday) and now its bad agan.

Ping was good on the 27th of april, bad the day after and is still.

The problem is still going... i normaly have 4 ping and now 22... please help us now ea 

This was raised up to our team and we are not able to find any recent changes to how your connections are reaching our servers. This ping range is within acceptable limits for online competitive gaming and we recommend reaching out to Telia Support if you have any concerns on how your connection is now reaching the EA servers. 

Hi! It’s been a week or two with this strange sudden raise in ping times. 

This is for sure very frustrating and we the players are getting sick of it. 

Now, is there anyway that we can help you troubleshoot this further? We’re anxious to see this issue solved and we would do anything to help. 
I’m sure u guys have a task force for the matter, please use us the players to assist you, we all would help u out gladly. 

for example, what are the IP addresses to the servers we can connect to for the eashl part of the game? If you provide them we can ping them to see which servers we actually connect to, just to make sure we actually play on Swedish servers i.e. 

U stated in a previous message that 20-30ms is a valid ping time, well it’s not valid for competitive gaming and I’m sure ea agrees with me on that point, otherwise, is ea even trying to let their players play competitive?
