This IS the worst version of this game.

This game is absolutely ridiculous for PS4... I have so many issues. I play competitive and have lost 3 of my league games because this game just starts to lag for 5-10 seconds after whistles for NO REASON. My ping never goes over 30.  Be a Pro mode sometimes even though I start the season my abilities don't unlock... There's unnecessary wait time after goals. When playing one of my league practice games everyone else got into the game and my screen stayed on the loading screen even though my player was in the game, getting scored on. And you guys have made it next to impossible to contact a human being on the matter. I have pictures and videos that I have taken as proof of all these issues. At this point. I want my money back, this is by far the WORST version of this game and I'm not sure I'll ever by NHL by EA ever again. This game shows how little you guys care about the making of it and at this point it's just a cash grab.

    How about you guys make a playable game?! This is ridiculous, are you guys even going to fix these issues for PS4?! I used to buy this game EVERY YEAR, but this is just insanity. You expect people to just play this game with all the issues with a smile on their faces?

    @elcrowlo Unfortunately my friend I don’t think you will be able to get your refund
    If you bought the physical copy you could try and secondhand sell it, albeit for a bit of a loss but better than nothing, I am sad too how the game is going this year and I regret it but I’ve learned my lesson and I won’t be buying at launch ever again.. will have to wait a few months for patches to see if the game works.. still doesn’t work yet though

    I 100% agree. This is by far the worst year of this franchise. Will be last time i'm bying pre order version. Gameplay in hut modes is rubbish because of lag/input lag. If you haven't yet, go check the other issues too and participate. Hope EA is gettin us seriously at some point and make fixes.

    Don't ever pre-order. No studio is to be trusted any more. Only way they will learn.
