Tournament mode (World Champs, Olympics, WC of Hockey)

Hi, I have a question, if there is any possibility to have a new tournament mode in NHL19? In NHL18 (in Europe), there is Spengler Cup and European hockey league, competitions for uninternational teams. 

But this is useless for international competitions like World Championships, World Junior Championships, Olympics Tournament or World Cup of Hockey. 

I understand, that it is neccesary to have rights to this competitions, but I have one idea. To create tournament mode, where player is creating the name of tournament. Without any graphics connected to Olympics or WC. But with possibility to create system of tournament like this ones. To choose number of groups, number of teams to play-offs, tabels, statistics and so one. So possibility to play our own international tournaments only with using existing international teams connected together.

Is it possible to create this mode? It was normal in the middle of 90s to create own tournament.

And last question is, please, is it possible to update international rosters more often? Specialy for international teams like France, or Denmark to use rosters from last World Championships, for example. Also for teams like Russia. There is a WC of Hockey roster (under NHL), not the last roster from World Cup in Denmark.

If not, is it possible to create some PC roster editor? It takes so much time to rewrite international rosters in PS4 system. Is possible to have something better? Or some easier mode of creating new players? Name, number and 10 levels of quality of player. No faces, no skills, its so boring to go through it in PS4, when new roster of some team is needed.
