Unlocked stuff from bags that isnt visible

Product: NHL 22
Platform:PlayStation 5
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not showing in our club. Buttery Biscuits
What happens when the bug occurs? Not showing
What do you expect to see? Logo layout with no red line unlocked
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Unlocked a new center ice logo layout without the recline, go into club customization and its highlighted red for logo layout, click and nothing is unlocked

    Hello, @CraftedSuds 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    The bag showed a center ice logo with no red line visible. There was nothing unlocked though or that even showed that as an option to unlock

    I just checked and no. It was a few bags back and it's only showing the most recent bag

    Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, there isn't really anything we can do about this since we don't have the ability to add World of Chel bags or items to your account. It's a strange issue for sure and I'll get this reported. I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. If it happens again, please report it to us.
