Very Confused as to why we still dont have a Thrashers logo.

I've been waiting for a Thrashers logo for a while now so I can bring back my childhood team, but every year since NHL 14 I've been disappointed. I don't reckon its a licensing error as it was in 14. Any clue to as of why we are still waiting on it?

    Pretty sure the former owners maintained most, if not all the rights after the move so it would be painstakingly difficult to make it happen now.
