West coast player here can only connect to East coast servers.

Is anyone else still having this issue? I am from Alberta but it tells me that east coast is recommended so I lag like crazy. I used to be able to dashboard 5 times or so and eventually I would get west coast and it would only lag a little but these days it is East coast only no matter how many times I dashboard.
