Hi,Last year my FIFA 20 account was banned from the transfer market for selling coins. I've a small questions about this ban.Is it true that I can not access the transfer market via the webapp this year? Because my account was banned last year? I've transfer market access in game. In the webapp I get this message "continue playing FUT21 to unlock access to the transfer market"Will this mean I get access eventually? Or because my account was banned last year it wil not....?

Hey @SyncReplayx and @Verbandsligist, to unlock the market you will need to continue to explore all aspects of FUT. The best thing, in fact, the only thing I can recommend is that you keep playing and having fun until such time as it opens for you. There is nothing that we can do on our end to open it for you or speed up the process. Darko

I have the same issue, EA is not answering via Support Ticket since 5 days.
i am Fifa Player since 2012 and only made one mistake, everybody deserves a Second Chance.
i supported EA and Fifa over the Years with Thousands of Euros. EA shouldn‘t threat their customers like that. Support also told me that Bans are only for Titles for Example Ban in Fifa 20 is Not Ban for Fifa 21. so i wanted to keep My 2012 registered Ultimate Club. Just to be sure i asked this Information several Times with the Support and 3 Different EA Support workers confirmed this.
But now My Account is half restricted, the Webapp is very Important. I trusted the statements of EA Support and Deposit 200€ for 24k Fifa Points just to find out that the Companion App is restricted in FIFA 21.
i would be happy when someone from EA can give Information Why the ingame Access is Fine but Webapp/Companion restricted Because in the End it Doesnt Make Sense. I would be very happy when someone from EA can reach out to us and help us.
i have 29 Games in Fifa 21 Ultimate Team and Play on PlayStation 4

Hey all, if you are seeing a message that you will need to open the transfer market then this is exactly what you will need to do.

The best thing I can recommend is to explore all aspects of FUT and keep playing and having fun while you do so.

There is no other way to open the transfer market.

@EA_DarkoSo you can unlock the web app transfer market this year when it was blocked last FIFA (FIFA 20)?

@EA_Darko First of all thanks for your answer, but this is Not the Solution. I already played 40 Games in FUT FIFA 21 and the App is Not working so there is something in the Backround that Needs to get checked and Support is Not Helping.

Yeah I don’t understand it i’ve played every mode: Squad battles, rivals, fut draft, friendly and even the new co op mode. And I still have no transfermarket access on the webapp

I have the same problem and have played all aspects of fifa 21 and 50 games and still haven’t uncooked transfer market I feel that this is unfair as this is part of the game I payed for

okay it’s bs now, I have played over 100 games and i’ve played every mode: coop, division rivals, squad battles, fut draft, friendlies (also every mode of friendlies) and I still the transfermarket isn’t unlocked for me. Can you please fix this or just tell us that were banned for the webapp.
