    Hey @GOD_UNKN0WN if there is a sanction on your account then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

The team will endeavour to respond within 72 hours @GOD_UNKN0WN but during busy periods it may be a little longer.

    @EA_Darko I just got new email from EA that i was permanently banned because im cheating. But yesterday when i check on forum it because reported abused by someone. But, the important thing is I didnt do both things. Are u kidding me EA/origin? I always play fair, the most important thing here is I've spent much money for coin & time on this game, and i got banned cause of cheating??? Are u kidding me? Come on EA/origin! Fully Check before u execute! Gosh! This thing really ridiculous & show me the unprofessionalism of the EA & Origin team!

      Hey @GOD_UNKN0WN we are not able to discuss any ToS related sanctions on AHQ. 

      If you have any questions or concerns then you will need to direct them to our ToS team as they are the only team who can discuss any ban or sanction with you.
