Account Suspension No Notice

So what is the deal with the suspension process? Why aren't e-mails being sent? I have a friend who has been suspended twice now with no notice and EA is restricting people from being able to contact...

    Your friend will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in realtion to any ban @endorphinsplox.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

@EA_Darko I understand why you keep submitting a blanket response about contacting ToS team but seriously have you seen the threads. The fact you have been given that line to push to forums is an issue in itself. You obviously are aware by the amount of people complaining that this is not a fair and reasonable response. We have all paid a lot of money for these titles and some people including me take time off to relax and enjoy using the purchase that we have made. 

There needs to be a better response. It is not good enough. I don't even know if my other titles are banned/suspended as I only tried to log into BF V. That was over a year ago. I still can't play and have given up.

We are not able to discuss TOS related issues on AHQ @Lyquid27.

If you have a sanction on your account then you will need to speak with our TOS team.
