Do you see an error message that points to Origin being the cause of your issue, if so can you please share it with us as the more info we have the better we can help.

The issue is when ever I run origin, shut it down, shut down the pc, it will not start on the next cold boot.
I have tested this and it takes place 75% of the time, widows 10 will hang, not get to the log in.
When I check the event viewer it shows the origin web helper failed to start or hung on start with a time out.
The only option is to press the reset button on the pc.
I can post the log file if it will help.
