Updated Origin, and now the whole client is broken. I can log in, but all my games display as blank cases. I entered Origin to try and Repair Sims 4 (since that's broken too, of course - can't click on any of my sims to do self-interactions, so went to go try and repair, but lo and behold Origin is broken too) but now everything is blank. Can't launch any games through Origin, no play button, only shows hours played.
Tried restart, clearing cache as described in this thread here - nothing is working. Please advise.
Yes, please do advise! I haven't played in awhile and now with the update mine is doing the same thing as he just said!!!

Hi Lilliangalena,
I cannot see which 'he' you are referring to?
Is your Origin making your games blank? or something else?
If you are referring to the error message, there is another thread about that. But know that, last I checked, this will not affect your ability to play your games. EA will add the fix as soon as they are able.

Hey, Guys! I am having the same issue. My games are totally gone. I tried everything you shared from deleting the Cache folder to reloading the pages, re-downloading the app etc. and it is still saying that "my game library is currently empty". Even when I am reloading the page I cannot see any of my games. Idk what else to do. Please if any of you have some new info regarding this issue please share! I hope soon everything will be fine and we can go back playing our favorite games!
