Hello again!
After deleting the Cache folder for a third time nothing is changing. My game library is still empty. Reloading the page also not helping. I am begging you to find a solution for this huge issue!

Hello!
Yes I am still experiencing this issue. The account is correct. I’ve tried to find the emails regarding the purchase of the game (TS4) plus the expansion packs so I can try redeem the codes but came out all my emails from EA/Origin are missing. I have no idea what happened. I checked in my Order history but it says i have never bought the game and the packs as well.
No clue what is happening and i am starting to lose hope.

In that case, I am positive that you're actually using the incorrect EA account.
The best thing you can do is to reach out to the Live Support team. They can be reached via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.
