Anno 1800 DLC not activated on ubisoft connect

Question

Hi, that's my first game bought on Origin, it has been a pain in the * to manage to get the base game working. I'm used to the much friendlier steam application where you just buy and play so I'm quite lost with origin / uplay / ubisoft connect and all the challenges to access to your account (they didn't recognize my password so I made a new one then they blocked me), to link all these application, to download and redownload for each of them.

I bought the first season pass for anno 1800 on origin as well but it doesn't appear on ubisoft connect. Anyone would know how to proceed?

@fry79 Hi. Quite a lot of people are having this issue at the moment. This issue is nothing new. People have been facing it even as far back as August, 2019. I have been active on ubisoft forums and have talked to Ubisoft support and they said they are looking into it but I dont think anything is going to happen because if they had really fixed it, it would not have been a problem since more than a year.
