Battlefront 2 Progress Lost After Email Change
I got the free version of Battlefront 2 during the sale on the Epic Game Store in January. Just yesterday when I tried to log into Battlefront I realized that I was using an email that I had deleted as my user for my ea account. This meant I couldn't access the 2 factor authentication code and therefore I was locked out of my account. Luckily I was able to talk to ea customer support and change the email without to much hassle. The only issue was, after having gotten my account back, and successfully logged into origin, most of my Battlefront 2 progress was gone. What was weird is I seem to have a random 3 levels and some credits, but everything enlace was reset. What do I do?
@EA_Illium I just figured out what the problem was. It seems that I had recovered my alt account instead of my main account. Just logged into my main account and I have all of my progress. Quite a dumb mistake on my part and I am sorry to have bothered you. Thank you for responding to my concerns in a timely fashion though. Have a nice day!
