Can you try installing the EA App? If you're still not able to install the add-ons from there, try clearing the cache with these instructions. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
For me, it worked. I´ve waited more than 15 hours for it to download, only for it to say that it´s still preparing. I was distraught and didn´t know what to do until I found this post. I did what the post said, I cleared the cache and logged back in. Thankfully the add-ons finally started downloading, though I can´t help but feel sad that the 15 hours were for nothing. Thanks tho :D
