Can’t connect to my career on NBA 2K20

When I try to login and create a my career I keep getting an error notice saying you are under the age required to play. My birthday set up is the year 2005. Can you please help with this?

    Hey @LZ6SPORTS EA was not involved in the development or publishing of NBA 2K20 and as such there is nothing that we can do to assist with your issue.


    You will need to speak with the publisher of the game for further assistance.
