Can you redeem EA game keys bought from Steam to Origin?

So recently I bought an EA game on steam (Need for Speed Payback) as a gift, which is a game code to redeem and add to your game library. I was wondering if that game key bought from steam also be available to redeem on origin?

    Hey @Dirtyy_Sockss503 there is no key to redeem, when you purchase the game on Steam it is automatically tied to that account and when you first launch the game it will link to the EA account you have already linked or offer you the ability to link to an EA account.


    The code cannot be taken from Steam and redeemed anywhere else.

    Hey @Dirtyy_Sockss503 if you purchased a game on Steam then in order to play it you will need to link your Steam and Origin accounts, you will not be able to redeem the code to another Origin account other than the one linked.
