CAN'T CREATE A NEW CASE!

After getting no response from EA regarding an account recovery, i have deciced to send and extra email, but got a response saying said email that you guys contacted me from(the one we have been exchanging emails from is no longer available, therefore i closed the case, wanting to create a new one instead.

When i try to create a new case(Any possible one, this is the message that appears:

Thank you for contacting us. We’d love to troubleshoot your issue and get you back in the game! 
​To speed up that process, we need to talk to you on the phone.

(No phone contacts available either)

or

No available channels, sorry.

Why is this happening? Is this because of the Coronavirus situation?

    and EA_Darko , how do you "speak wit the live support team"

    THERE IS NO LIVE SUPPORT TEAM.

    THERE IS NO CHAT.

    THERE IS NO EMAIL.

    EA_IS_CRIMINAL.

  • Hello, Darko Im Alvaro0071 I wanted to ask for your help. I have tried to regain access to my old account on Origin but I have forgotten the email for that account and nothing seems to work. I have tried to follow all the tips but nothing seems to work I can't even create a new case with my other account alvaro0071.

    Dont know what to do

    Hey @HDinis09 if you are trying to recover an account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/

    If you wish to speak with a live support adviser then you can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.
