Uninstall Origin manually:

And later reinstall:

Before launch it restart your PC
Uninstalled it the hard way, reinstalled, still not working.

I want to create a new account and i'm getting the same message "We're sorry, but we're having some technical difficulties. Please try again later". Any fix for this?

Maybe your IP address got banned by EA or something.
I know it's already late for this. I had the same problem. Solved by change to another wifi or mobile hotspot. Then, once you already logged in to your account, you can change it back to your main wifi. You need to do this every time you want to log in. I know it's annoying, but that's the only solution that I found. I hope this will help you guys- 5 years ago
Thanks, I just used my ADSL instead of 4G and it fixed the issue, how strange.
