Cant't add games to library

I have purchased origin access but still can't add some games like fifa 18 and fifa 19  It shows an error occured. please try again later. [ref.#vault-entitlement-failed]

Hey all, if seeing this issue can you try using another network to see if you see the same error, you can use your phone as a hotspot and connect using mobile data to test it.

You are providing the same solutions over and over again, so many people can not have the same issue individually, something is wrong from your side, fix it.
