yep still stuck, I bought goth galore on EA and then it said I had to download the EA app to use it so I guess I lost $5 and now have to wait for EA to fix what they messed up (as perusal).

There was an issue with the Castle Estate and Goth Galore kits not appearing in the Origin client yesterday that was resolved around 2 hours after the kits launched.
@geniilegend We are investigating issues preventing Origin for Mac players from using PayPal at the moment, another payment method will need to be used during this time.
@spideyyeeet44267 You should have all Sims 4 content owned on EA app available on Origin for Mac as well, if you're not seeing the kit appear please double check your payment completed here, then reach out to us at Help.EA.com for additional assistance if needed.
The new kits are still not appearing in Origin for me. (Browse Games > The Sims > Kits)
I was able to purchase both on ea.com, still only in 2 separate transactions since there is only "Buy Now" not "add to cart" or "continue shopping". I can confirm that Paypal is still not working there. I was able to use another payment method.
But they still don't show in Origin, and don't appear as owned in game, despite the fact that I've now purchased them.
I have updated and repaired the game.
Update, the kits have downloaded into my game! I'm not sure what I did differently.
Still isn't working for goth galore for me so it's clearly not fixed.
The goth galore kit is still not showing up for purchase on Origin.It is showing the castle kit though which I am purchasing now. Hope this issue gets resolved soon.
- @EA_Cade Haven't looked to purchase one till now, the castle kit takes some hunting to find but it's there. However, the goth kit is not showing up for purchase.
- thankfully it let my purchase and download somehow through the app but otherwise it couldn't be found
The new kits are still not appearing in Origin for me propperly. Now only the Castle one is appearing but under another price (4,99 Argentine Pesos, when the kits are 1,399 Argentine Pesos)
I was able to purchase both on ea.com. The payment was made and I could download the kits pero after a day they dissappear and EA sent me an email that something was wrong. And the keep sending me the SAME email EVERY day. The EA Help page is not working for me so I cant get an answer.
Im stuck in this problem of errors for 10 days now and I cant do anything.
I have updated and repaired the game. I have re download the Origin App. I have tried everything.
