Changed computers, how do I download my purchased games

Hello, as stated, I changed my pc.  How do I download my purchased Sims 4 games and expacs?  Thanks!

    We're not aware of any issues currently with that. If you're absolutely positive you're logged in to the right account, try checking the filters to see if any games are hidden. If that doesn't help, I'm going to have to direct you to our other support channels. My day is about to end and I won't return for a couple days. Just log into your account through Origin and you should see your library of games.

    Hi did that and it says I have no games in my library.  But the library has been down off and on, so maybe thats it.

        I purchased a ton of expansion packs two years ago to one year ago, switched computers and now it's trying to get me to purchase all of the expansion packs again. There is 0 ways to get them back
