Clive Barker's Undying Remake is there hope?

After two graphic and gameplay modifications from fans of Clive Barker's Undying were released in this year, I had a thought in my head:"the Game is 20 years old, it received excellent ratings(85 out of 100) and where is the Remake?" Especially now Remakes of old games is a very popular event "strike the iron while it's hot". Is this even possible?
