Contact someone higher up than Tech Support?

Is there any way I could get in touch with someone higher up than Tech Support? I appreciate the support guys and know they are trying to help me, but I've got an account issue that they can't fix on...

    This is not possible, if you/we do not have enough info to be able to verify your identity/account, we are not able to proceed with recovery.

    Account security is important to us.

    When helping with certain issues, like account changes, it’s important that we can verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently.

    Please stop stating it is for security. Thousands of your customers are not wrong. We have lost access to our old emails and the authentication is brutal: credit cards (if they were ever used in my case no), ip address, etc. In the case of deactivated accounts its no longer even accessible if we gain our old email address which i did by paying 30 dollars. We don't want our old EA accounts, we just want our gamertags freed up. This in no way compromises the EA accounts security, so please stop quoting this. Microsoft is letting us use our gamertags which proves we are the owners but then we are blocked by EA when we use that authenticated gamertag to try to access a deactivated account. Could we please t least be told this is being worked on.
