Credentials incorrect or expired

I tried to play madden on my xbox but it kept telling me to log back into ea to play but whenever I try to log in it say I have incorrect or expired credentials and idk how to log back in because it’...

Hey @raygamez27 you can generally fix this issue by resetting your password. If you open up Origin.com and on the login page hit forgot your password then a password reset should be sent to you.

If you are not receiving the email to reset your password then you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
