Thanks for your answer, please could you advise me how I go about doing that ? When I click Contact Us , an essential box is on the page that loads asking me to fill in which product or service it is regarding. It has no recognition of anything I type in regarding an EA account, password, security or email to even be able to initiate the conversation with them. I was hoping that maybe they have some tech people trawl the board occasionally to see if there is anything they can help with or see trending issues.
I have no clue how to reach out to them beyond that, which is why I put my question on here. I'm also curious to find out if anyone else is having this issue at the moment which was another reason why I wrote on here.
