      @ze2niobtf9rb We would be happy to share any feedback on this with our teams, however for account assistance (making account changes, login issues, etc) we are unable to help in this area on the forums.

      For account support, missing in-game, purchase issues, etc you would need to reach out to our support on help.ea.com or Twitter for them to further investigate and see what option may be available.
