EA help isn't working

I tried to contact them during 6 am and it worked. However my issue wasn't solved and i cant contact them due to no available channels . I would try to contact them as soon as they are open . You are not the only one.

Hey @gxrrison78 and @Monaliker due to the current world climate there are some restrictions on contacting our live support.
You will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers for any account issues.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

Yeah sure, have you even tried it yourself yet? Because it always says "Sorry, No Channels are Available." everytime I try.
