Hi Darko,
Following these intructions it shows me ''Sorry, No Channels are Available.'
However, if I create a new EA account and follow the exact same instructions, i can suddenly chat 🙂 Care to elaborate?

In relation to the no channels available @rippin5595 it is most likely the case that you have multiple cases open. I would suggest reopening one of those cases rather than creating a new thread.
For issues with an account, you need to speak with our live support, we are not able to offer support over direct message on AHQ and are unable to assist with any account-based issues on the forums.

Thanks for the reply,
However I have 0 cases open, and if I want to resume a case, I still get the message that there are no available ways to contact EA. I have to make a new EA account to start a chat again.

Hey @EA_Darko ,
I have done that and EA clearly made the mistake to recover the wrong account. You don;t want to reach out to me privately to get this problem sorted? Or you just want me to publicly shame EA for giving me acces to someones EA account that I managed to recover without providing any verification?
