Enable origin-in-game on mac

On Mac there is no Origin Menu. I watched a youtube video and I simply do not have what they are showing.
Here is a screen shot of what I have. I've clicked every single one of the buttons in the drop down menu. None lead to Applications Settings.
@VioletWand Hover over your username in the lower left corner of the Origin window. Application Settings will be one of the options shown. Select it, then click on the Origin in-game header—the last one on the right.
Please keep in mind that OS Mojave's security features conflict with Origin in-game, and TS4 will likely fail to load or crash if you have Origin in-game enabled.
