Error: 327684:1

Could both of you navigate to the game folder; e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age II\__Installer and run the touchup.exe and Cleanup.exe files as administrator?

Also try checking the C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\__Installer\DLC folder to see if you can find the DLC in there, and now do the same with the touchup and cleanup files. You could also try deleting the folder to try a reinstall if that doesn't work.

I did what indicated with touchup.exe and cleanup.exe, no change, same error when downloading.

As for the DAI folder, what do I look for there? The problem of discharge is exclusive in my case, of dragon age 2.

All the files seem to be there. I will run the utilities next. Also, the error only occured after downloading game files. When it downloaded the Soundtracks (I bought Ultimate) there was no error

Same error code when i try to run the original Origins i had on here ...so basically this bug screwed up all my progress and all i needed were the DLC's......

Alright.... So i think i've solved it..

All my add-ons and expansion says "installed" (in spite of receiving that error after installation). So, i ran the game anyway. Then it gave me the missing dll error. The fix for that can be found here:

Espescially the answer by @ilike2burnthing...Wish i can buy him a beer or something. 

So, after installing the PhysX drivers (found here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx_system_software.html) the game works... except i am not logged in. Logging in, i can see that all DLC's are ingame and work perfectly, despite "not installing" ... 

Based on this.. I think Error: 327684:1 is simply a logging in error. The game didn't start yet so it never logged you in. This i will confirm in a bit once Origin is done verifying teh files and trying to install them. 

Eaither way, it seems that despite Error: 327684:1 i can play the game fine. From the thread above i saw that the PhysX installation files must be in the _installer folder under "Origin Games">Dragon Age>. My installation was missing these files so i assume it couldn't install/download them, which could also lead to Error: 327684:1.

Anyways.. hope this helps..

With Dragon Age 2, when I try to run the game, it tells me that there is a download in progress, and it will not let me play. Currently I had to download the dlcs of the old social network of bioware to be able to continue playing.

I appreciate the help of the managers, but should also consider the possibility that the problem is on the side of the download servers, not our Pcs.

I'm still having the same issue. 

I've now tried to uninstall Origin and reinstall but the issue is still present.

As stated by the original poster, it's something that is probably on EA's side.

I've never had the issue occur until this week.

Wasn't there a new Origin update that came out this week. Could that be the reason?

Unfortunately, I do not know if it's because of the language in which I download the game, the dlcs are downloaded without sound, this is an old problem that I solve by installing the dlcs downloaded from the social network of bioware, then when installing these dlcs and want to run the game , Does not give me the option to play, because he wants to check them and in doing so again I skip this damn error.

Like the others in this thread I am having the same issues and have also tried all the proposed fixes.

Unlike the others I have a measuring stick; I installed a game right before and immediately after the most recent Origin update. Both pre-update games and DLCs all installed without issue. Dragon Age 2, however, I only purchased and installed AFTER the most recent Origin patch.

This is clear evidence that the issue is with Origin, not the consumer, as the only difference between the two installations, in my case, is the Origin update.

EDIT: Also of note is that in a DLC I get trapped in a constant loading loop, likely the result of these issues.

I agree with @Simberella. The issue isn't the Legacy status. However, i think you have part of a point here - the way in which the old games were installed and handled are probably not compatible with the newest update. See the fix that worked for me - when i replaced the old installed files with the newly downloaded files, it worked. 

With the new update they p[probably changed some coding with regards to local content verification or/and installation. So when you have a previously installed version of the game, it does't follow the new updated methodology, and the newly downloaded files don't work with it. Try the fix i posted and see if it also works for you, as i do hope it does.

That's great, except it doesn't help anyone who doesn't have a second computer.

@AusJolt - you can do it on one PC as well. copy the files out and simply replace them with downloaded ones (if you download EG the ultimate version of Dragon Age, copy those files into the standard version's game files) OR delete the original game files and redownload the game. 

Resetting router and uninstalling antivirus does not fix the problem.

I do not know if you tried to set up the internet ports to configure your firewall.

You need to do this:

Windows 10

-Click Start.

-Type Firewall and press Enter.

-Click Advanced Settings.

-On the left frame, click Inbound Rules.

-On the right frame, click New Rule...

-Select the Port radio button and click Next.

-Select the TCP radio button.

-In the Specific Local Port field, enter 80. Click Next.

-Select the Allow the connection radio button. Click Next.

-Make sure Domain, Public, and Private boxes are all checked. Click Next.

-Enter any name for this rule. Click Finish.

Windows 7 and Windows 8

-Click the Start button and type Windows Firewall into the search field.

-Click Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.

-On the left frame, click Inbound Rules.

-On the right frame, click New Rule...

-Select the Port radio button and click Next.

I appreciate your help, but if it was a firewall bug, should not you have trouble downloading any Origin game?

Because as I mentioned before, I downloaded DAI and MEA with their dlcs correctly, Also, the first time I happened to the error, before formatting the PC, download ME2 and everything in order. The problem is exclusive, in my case with DA2.

Are not the same port used to download all games?

 But I remembered something you could try :ealight_bulk: :you could try in Origin,the option "Safe Mode Downloading", it downloads directly from one official server instead of using multiple official download servers.

Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

Restart your machine .

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

Now go to the Origin client, click on Origin / Application Settings / Diagnostics- and from there enable Safe Mode Downloading.

Now restart Origin and try to download.

I have the same problem, but with Dragon Age Origins. The main game downloaded correctly, but the DLC's not. All the DLC's report this error. I already tried install and uninstall the game, the Origin client, tried the safemode download, but nothing work. Funny that it's only happened after the last Origin's update.
