fifa 23 crash when launching
when launchig fifa 23 i cant get past the screen where i choose my account. it goes grey and then after a couple of sconds it crashes. what can i do? ps it worked fine untill a couple of days ago.

If the issue continues can you try a new Windows admin account and test the game there.

Hey @pablo0807 you need to provide more info as to what you did and what happened.
Darko - @EA_Darko when i first got fifa 23 i had some problems with EA anticheat but i fixed those after a couple of days. Then i had no real problems with fifa untill sunday (this week). What happend was that my cpu cooler got loose so that it didnt work very well and my cpu got up to 99 degree celcius. I had my friend take a look and he got the cooler back in place. all my other games works fine now but when i open fifa it loads up and shows me the start screen but when i press x to select the account the screen turns gray and then after a couple of secends it shuts down.

I'd recommend looking at the file mentioned @pablo0807 and seeing what files that were found were causing an issue.
