Can I ask you to go ahead and disable your anti-virus and firewall and then try the download again?
If it works then great you just need to add an exception for both Origin and the game to your exclusions in both.
If it doesn't work please let me know and we will take it from there.

I just turned off my anti-virus and firewall systems and tried re-downloading as you have directed.
Came back to find an error message (have attached a screenshot as well):
An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error code 327683:0
The finalizing and install loop issue still is occurring. Decided to search up the code and found a forum that was solved but everything mentioned in this forum I have already attempted before with no luck. Tried following all steps in the forum I linked again but with no success. The game still will not install and keeps repeating the loop still.
Would you have any other recommended solutions or things that may work?
