Get to work not downloading/installing

I just purchased Get to Work this afternoon. But I cannot get it to play.

When I go to the 'my home > my packs' page, all the other expansion packs I own have the message 'owned' when I hover my mouse over their thumbnails. But when I hover my mouse over the Get to Work EP, it says: 'download to use'. But I cannot find any option anywhere to download or install the EP.

When I have quit sims, and I go to the browse games section of Origin, it says I have purchased Get to work. But when I click on 'view in library', there is no option to download or install Get to work.

can someone help me please.

    that worked!! 

    thanks so much. I was getting really desperate. I spent hours yesterday trying to get in contact with Origin, and then when I did, their answers didn't work. And then I couldn't get in contact with them again.

    I have a mac. I just spent $50 buying Get to work. But it won't download. there is nowhere that I can find where I can click to download the EP. Please someone tell me what I can do to play with this EP.

    Hi @sheridanhoughton 

    From your game library in Origin, you can right-click The Sims 4 game tile, select Show Game Details-> More-> Expansion Packs. You should see Get to Work listed here with an option to download the DLC. Can you please attach a screenshot to your post of what you're seeing in your game library when you try to download this pack?

    thanks for your reply.

    I tried your suggestion. When I right clicked on the tile, screenshot 2 shows the result. 

    When I click to open 'show game details', screenshot 3 shows the result. 

    maybe things don't work out as expected because I am using a mac?

    @sheridanhoughton  Bring up screenshot 3 again, then scroll down a bit, and you should see a More header.  Click that.

    EA_Solaire provided Origin-specific instructions; the game library doesn't work like this in the EA App.
