Help needed to unban an account blocked due to card transaction reversal

    Hey @FreakSlayer20 for issues such as this you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

    As you have created a case the best thing to do is to give our team time to investigate and respond. 

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

@MommylonglegsxD My bank said that they cannot redo the payment once reversal request is made. You can ask them to give you a letter explaining what happened on the bank letter head and attach to the case online to make your case stronger for EA to reinstate your account.. I did the same.

    @MommylonglegsxD You have to create a case using manage account access that you will have. You can load documents as part of the case.

    @FreakSlayer20 so i actually take a foto of a letter saying what they did on the base bank and send it to EA right?

      Hey @MommylonglegsxD, chargebacks done on purchases made on your account can result in a ban. The best thing to do is to raise a case with our TOS team using the steps shared above.

        @EA_Dark But tos team is here right? And also i didnt ask for a charge back if i did i would message ur suport my self, the base bank asked that on every payment i had last 3 months cause my card was hacked and as i see they didnt even check which ones were mine and which weren't so they messaged for chargeback on all of them while i told in the bank on my city to tell to base to see the addresses and return me the payments that werent done by me so i got banned for no reason at all cause i didnt ask for charge back or even wanted one.Ill go to the bank tomorrow and ask for a papper saying that base did a mistake and then i should post it on EA support right?
