    Hey @PointerXD for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. You can try playing around with your contact subjects to see if it helps.

I know it’s dumb but I keep buying Apex coins only to see that I don’t receive anything and i it’s not the credit card or anything because I’m able to make a purchase on any other game, it’s as if my account specifically isn’t allowed to make purchases anymore and YES I did the emails and applied proof but I didn’t receive the help I need, I am on Xbox series S and I would wonder if I can make a phone call or an actually person helping me at least and no Bots I’m sorry if this seems rude I don’t mean it at all * - *

    Please help Darko, I have followed every step I have seen you post in over a dozen thread and none of them worked. You are giving out bad information and you need to stop repeating it and actually read peoples comments and give them the correct support. This is your job isn't it? Act like it. I have opened over 18 tickets not and not a single one got resolved.

    You are the only person who seems to actually respond but all you do is copy and paste useless answers like an outdated bot. You just keep closing threads where people haven't resolved their issues yet. Why would you close a thread asking for help that hasn't gotten help yet?

    @EA_Darkoplease answer because nobody else at EA will and you guys are driving me crazy. I am experiencing some very disturbing and serious problems.

    I have repeatedly tried to contact support and the ticket just closes without anyone ever messaging me. Then the issue is marked as resolved, EVEN THOUGH NOBODY EVER TALKED TO ME. This has happened to me over a dozen times already!
